Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground* and should be received in 7 to 10 business days after the order has been placed. However, you can expedite your shipment for an extra charge when prompted during checkout. See chart below for estimated delivery times and associated costs. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on the weekends will ship on Monday. Delivery occurs on all business days Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
*UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders with P.O. Boxes will not be fulfilled and a credit will be issued for your order.
Order Tracking
At anytime after you order online, you can check the status of your order by logging onto 'my marika' and viewing current orders.
International Shipping
For international shipping rates please contact Customer Service at orderinquiries@marika.com or call (800) 666-2127. International customers (anyone outside the U.S. - including Canada) should be aware of and are responsible for all additional fees associated with duties, taxes, customs, and other costs incurred from shipping internationally. Your purchase includes courier fees only. These additional costs vary depending on your location. Please refer to your local customs office to estimate these fees.
*Please be aware it is against U.S. Law to underestimate the value of your package on the customs form.
*Please be aware we will not refund any international package that is refused.
