Returns and Exchanges
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must supply a reason along within the item you wish to return. If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase of Marika merchandise, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund* or exchange. All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days from the receipt of goods
Please follow the directions below to process your return or exchange:
1. Print out the Return Form (click here for form) and enclose the item(s) you wish to return. (If you are unable to print this form please include a note with your name, return address and a day time phone number, what you are sending back, and why and if you would like to replace the item or credit your account).
2. Please ship the returns to: Rock Fit Attn: Returns Department 6017 Randolph Street Commerce, CA 90040
3. We recommend you ship your item with a carrier that provides a tracking number as well as insurance. Marika will not be held liable for products lost in transit.
Please allow 2-3 weeks to received exchanged items.
*Please note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, but free shipping will be applied to exchanges. However, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs on the returned items.
Damaged Packages Upon receipt of your package, please inspect for damage. If the package appears to be damaged to an extent that the enclosed merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and contact us. If you discover a problem with the package after you have received it, please contact us for further instruction.
International Returns All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. This includes all orders shipped to outside of the Continental United States.
