Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Marika.com purchase for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return of the product in its original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of your order. Your refund will be in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Please allow two weeks for your return package to be processed. Refunds to credit cards will appear within one billing statement.

 

Please note that all sale items, water bottles, undergarments, and headwear are final sale.


If you received an item from Marika.com as a gift, you can return it in exchange for online store credit. Please click here for gift exchanges


Please note that we only accept returns that were purchased from our website, Marika.com. We do not accept returns of our products that were purchased from other retailers.


Marika.com reserves the right to deny refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Making an Exchange

To exchange an item, click here You will be instructed to select the eligible item(s) you wish to exchange. Please note exchanges are only done for a different size or color. To initiate exchange please select "EXCHANGE" when prompted for the return reason. You will not be charged for a return label when making an exchange. 

Making a Return

  1. Initiate your online return here 
  2. Select the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Confirm all your return details
  4. Download and print your return label and return packing slip
  5. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in a shipping envelope or box, along with your return packing slip.
  6. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office location. If you’re exchanging items, the return fee will be waived. If you are returning your items for a refund, a flat shipping rate of $6 will be deducted from your return total.

International Returns

For international returns, we, unfortunately, do not provide return labels. Return the items using an insured postal carrier. Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice inside of the package. The return label in our online return portal is only valid for shipping within the United States and international customers are responsible for return shipping. When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a refund notification.

Marika.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages.
