For bust size measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bra cup. Make sure to go under your arms, not around them!
Measure around the smallest part of your waistline with one finger between your body and the measuring tape.
Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and perpendicular to the floor. Measure from the high point of your shoulders down the length of your back.
Find a pair of pants that fit you well and measure from the crotch seam to the opening at the bottom of the pant leg. Round the number to the nearest 1/2" to get your inseam length.

"Purchased the black coffee, color, yoga pants, this is my third pair of this style. I love that it almost looks like a regular pair of slacks. Such high-quality, Soft material lots of control.. a tad bit tight in the waist, but I absolutely love them. This brand is my absolute favorite I own at least.12 pair in various colors and styles. "I have a pair of Marika leggings that I purchased at least 5 years ago and they are my favorites of all leggings! They have held up through all kinds of wear and washing and I finally decided to get another pair. Ordered the same size (XL) in 2 different styles, 3 pairs total (1 was a small by my mistake, and not the one I am talking about here). They are all, at best, size medium. No where near the pants that I have. My weight has been stable through out this time so it is not that my old pair is "stretched out"; these new ones were all just tiny. I even laid them out over other tights that I have and they are small in comparison. I tried to order up a size but there is no larger size. I am not a large person, just tall and athletic. Not sure if Marika is making things smaller or they got a bum order from their suppliers. I am so disappointed as I just love my original pair."
